• Short term when available (min 3 day) $100/day
• Deposit of 50% payable on booking,balance due 2 weeks prior to date of trip.
• Minimum hire over Christmas of 2 weeks.
• Cancellations less than 28 days from scheduled departure forfeit 50% of deposit or $200 min.
• Security deposit of $600 payable 2 weeks before trip unless by credit card.
• Security deposit returned within 14 working days of return of van less any extra cleaning costs or repairs (including excess of $200).
• Late return (after 10am last day) will incur a cost of $300/day or part there of.
• Any loss or damages must be reported to Epsom Palms Caravan Hire on 0408 124 819 before any repair / replacement can be authorised.
• No Smoking (including camp fire smoke)
• No Pets
• No Off-road travel (small sections of unmade roads where unavoidable excepted)
• Beds have mattress protectors but bedding not supplied (see extras)
