Long-Term Residential Vans

CONDITIONS

Booking	Over 12 weeks – 2 weeks rent to confirm booking. $500 Bond + Total towage or insurance fee to be paid 7 days prior to delivery Under 12 Weeks – 2 Weeks rent to confirm booking Remainder of hire fee + $500 Bond and total towage or insurance fee to be paid 7 days prior to delivery. NB: Bookings are NOT CONFIRMED until receipt of deposit!
Cancellation	A $50 cancellation fee applies if within 14 days of hire date
Site	Van site must be clear, level and have good access. 15 minutes is allowed for set up, extra time will be charged at $40 per hour to be paid to contracted driver.
Early Return	If van is returned early, weekly rate will be adjusted to suit. Part of a week will be charged as a full week.
Insurance	Hire fees include on-site insurance but does not include contents. Self-tow hirers will require insurance at $25 each way (travel time only) If an insurance claim is made, the hirer will normally be liable for the insurance excess of $300. Damage caused by persons unknown to hirer will only be covered if a copy of a police report is provided.
Inspection	Van should be inspected on arrival, and any faults or damage reported. Vans are to be returned in the same condition as when hired. On return vans will be inspected with a staff member and the hirer. .
Pets	Pets are not permitted in any of the hire vehicles.
Smoking	Smoking is not permitted in any of the hire vehicles.
Cleaning	If cleaning is required this will be charged at $60 / hour. Repairs will be charged at $60 / hour + materials
Bond	Bond will be returned within 14 days, less any charges.
Rent Payment	Long term rentals are to be maintained at "2 weeks in advance". If rent is not paid on due date, or any other condition is broken, Epsom Palms Caravan Hire will terminate this agreement and collect van. Any possessions in van can be collected by arrangement.
Minimum rental charged	One week.
