CONDITIONS

NB: WE ARE NOT OPEN ON LONG WEEKENDS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS (NO PICK-UPS OR RETURNS)

Booking	Confirmed only by $200 receipted deposit $500 Bond + Total towage + 4 weeks rental to be apid prior to van delivery (less receipted deposit - $200) Remainder of hire fee + $500 Bond and total towage or insurance fee to be paid 7 days prior to delivery. Rent to ber maintained at 2 weeks in advance (minimum) at all times Relinquishment notice of 2 weeks (minimum)is to be given in all hirings and all fees are to be fully paid not less than 7 days prior to the first day of hire. NB: Bookings are NOT CONFIRMED until receipt of deposit!
Cancellation	A $100 cancellation fee applies if within 14 days of hire date - full refund prior to 14 days.
Site	Van site must be clear, level and have good access. 15 minutes is allowed for set up, extra time will be charged at $40 per hour to be paid to contracted driver.
Early Return	Part of a week will be charged as a full week.
Insurance	Hire fees include on-site insurance but does not include contents. If an insurance claim is made, the hirer will normally be liable for the insurance excess of $500. Damage caused by persons unknown to hirer will only be covered if a copy of a police report is provided by hirer.
Inspection	Van should be inspected on arrival, and any faults or damage reported. Vans are to be returned in the same condition as when hired. On return vans will be inspected with a staff member and the hirer. .
Pets	Pets are not permitted in any of the hire vehicles. Penalty: Loss of total Bond
Smoking	Smoking is not permitted in any of the hire vehicles. Penalty: Loss of total Bond
Cleaning	If cleaning is required this will be charged at $66 / hour. Repairs will be charged at $66 / hour + materials
Bond Refunds	Bond will be refunded within 7 days of receipt of caravan, less any repairs to restore the caravan to same condition prior to hiring.
Rent Payment	Long term rentals are to be maintained at "2 weeks in advance" (minimum) If rent is not paid on due date, or any other condition is broken, Epsom Palms Caravan Hire will terminate this Agreement and collect van. Any possessions in van can be collected by arrangement from 85 Station Street Epsom.
Warnings	In the event of an Agreement breach, a written warning will be issued, and if required a written notice to retrieve propery (caravan) will be issued 14 days later, and the caravan will be picked up within 48 hours of second written notice.
Minimum rental charged	One week.
